Me having my own small business, I can relate to problems that you may have and I can recommend things that you do to fix them.
Firstly, the best thing you can get for your small business is MS Office 365. This allows you and your colleagues to create better presentations, pitches, calculate finances and more. . .

Next, I would recommend Microsoft Bookings. This is a great tool for creating meetings with clients. You are able to create a link that clients can go to and book a meeting. You can create free and paid meetings.
You must have an Office 365 work account for this.
- -
You should also create a website for your small business. If you have Microsoft 365, creating a website is easier than ever with the help of Wix. Step by step instructions can be found here.
If you do not have Microsoft 365,
don’t worry there are still other options.
You can host using services like GoDaddy, WordPress. . .
If you have your website already, this will only apply to a few, in a HTML
folder, you can upload the folder to a service like Netlify and it will
seamlessly push that site online. Netlify is free!
